FAB Loyalty Card
The fab way of saying Thank you for your business
As of February 2008, we will be issuing out our FAB Loyalty Black Card, on the reverse side you will find a unique card number. This number will be required each time you contact us and must be stated each time you contact one of our affiliated companies participating in our loyalty scheme.
If you do not have a card then please either email us from our web site requesting for our card or call us on 0800 52 1337 stating that you would like to receive the card and we will see that you receive it as soon as possible.
Once you receive the card you will have to visit our web site and logon where you see the loyalty card logo, once you have done that you will be asked to enter some basic details, and provide us with a username and password this will allow us to identify you should you wish to make some changes or redeem your points or allocate them to someone else.
So what are the key benefits?
Main benefit is that when you order either a service or product you will be rewarded for your business either by a way of a Discount or Redeemable points which can then be used against any of our Services or Products in the future. For a breakdown of the discount and point structure see table below

The points earned can be passed on to friends and Family if not used by original card holder, by notifying us by email or telephone, a simple verification process will be required to identify the card holder before the points are allocated on.
