FAQs

How soon should I book the car?

Phantom Hire’s services get very busy during the summer months, a period called “peak wedding season” (end of April to early September). Because of this, you should book your luxury car at least 3 to 4 months before your booking date. 

Can I book more than one car?

Yes, you will be able to book more than one vehicle under the same booking. This is especially handy for weddings where you need to transport attendants besides the bride and groom. 

What time will the car arrive?

Phantom Hire’s chauffeurs will arrive with your booked luxury car 15 minutes before the planned arrival start. If you book for an 11am start, they’ll be there at 10:45.

What happens if I need to cancel the booking?

If you need to cancel the car, please contact Phantom Hire as soon as possible, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Phantom Hire’s Cancellation Policies:

• 30+ days before booking date = deposit only.
• 20 – 30 days before booking date = 50% of total hire charge.
• 15 – 19 days before booking date =  70% of total hire charge.
• 14 days or less before booking date = total hire charge.
