How far in advance should I book my wedding?

Phantom Hire recommends booking your wedding at least three months before, during the busier summer months it is best to book as soon as you can due to a lack of availability at this time. However, if you do have a last minute booking, please don’t hesitate to contact the team with any questions and to see if there are any cars available to hire. 

How long can I have the car for?

You can have the car for as long as you like in one day, but if you would like to have the car for more than one day, this will have to be done through a separate booking. 

What different types of cars do you offer?

Phantom Hire offers a wide range of cars to choose from. The most popular are the Rolls Royce Phantom and the Rolls Royce Spectre. We also offer a wide range of limos from Rolls Royce to Hummer limos. There are many different options for everyone and any occasion. 

Can I see the cars before booking?

Yes you are able to come in and see the wide range of options in our showroom in Birmingham. This is encouraged and a great opportunity to see what the car you will spend your important day in will look like. There is also an option to have a video call before hand to see the cars if you are not able to get to view them in person. 

Can I hire more than one car?

Yes, you are allowed to have as many cars as you would like. If you would like to transport your friends or family to your wedding day or colleagues to a business event, hiring multiple cars can make this even better.    

When do I need to complete my payment?

The payment can be completed 7 days before the booking date through debit or credit card or through a bank transfer. You can also pay any remaining amounts in cash to the Chauffeur on the day upon arrival.
