Yes, you can view the cars by coming in to the Birmingham showroom before booking. You can also look at the cars over face time if you are unable to come to see them in person. 

Are their any extras I can get with my booking?
Yes, you can request a ribbon with your chosen colour as well as a customisable license plate. These are great ways to make your car feel personal to you. 

Will the Chauffeurs be on time?
Yes the Chauffeurs will be on the time that you have requested. They will usually show up 15-30 minutes before the event just in case there is traffic that could make you late. 

Can I hire more than one car?
Yes you are able to book more than one car. This is encouraged as you may want to transport more than one family member. This will make a great experience, not just for you but your family. 

When is best to hire a car?
It is best to hire a car at least 3 months before the event as you will be guaranteed to get the car you want. In the summer when it is busier, it is recommended to do this earlier. Phantom Hire will still take last minute bookings, so don’t hesitate to call and ask for availability.
