Are the cars chauffeur driven?
Yes, when you book a car hire from Phantom Hire, your car will be driven by an experienced chauffeur that will be sure to provide five-star service. You can expect to be picked up and to arrive at your destination at the time you have requested. The chauffeurs at Phantom Hire are trained to give you the best service possible and providing a memorable experience.  

Can I see the cars before booking?
Yes, you can. You can view the cars when you visit the Birmingham showroom. If you can not travel there, you can request a video call showing you the ins and outs of your selected car. This ensures that you know exactly what you will get on the day of your special event.  

When should I book?
It is best to book at least 3 months in advance to ensure you can reserve the car that you want. If you want to book during the busy summer months, it is best to do this as soon as you can as there is low availability at this time. If you are thinking of booking last minute, then feel free to call a member of staff to look at availability. How much are the cars?
The price of your booking is dependent on the type of car you choose, for how long you want it and any additional features you have requested.
